Shri Narendra Bondre

Shri Narendra Bondre currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of CERL & CEWRL, a role he assumed in May 2023 on deputation from IRCON. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Raipur and an M.Tech (with Distinction) in Environmental Engineering from MANIT Bhopal.

With over 19 years of extensive experience, Shri Bondre has led and contributed to a wide spectrum of infrastructure projects across the railway and building sectors, both in India and abroad. His professional portfolio includes internationally funded projects, notably those supported by Malaysian Railways.

His core competencies span project planning, execution, estimation, tendering, project financing, and contract management. Shri Bondre is known for his strategic approach and hands-on leadership in delivering complex infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget.
